三 | (资料图) 小协 摄          　　湘江新区统战工作部(群团工作部)部长刘晓蓉介绍，近年来，湘江新区在产业链上组建的新的社会阶层人士联谊组织(简称“新联会”)，围绕各链需求打造出“融谊聚”“国材荟”“文友汇”等实践创新基地，促进统战工作与产业发展同频共振。         　　“一把钥匙开一把锁”          　　针对不同产业链的独特生态，湘江新区按照“一把钥匙开一把锁”的思路，为每一条链量身定制联谊组织和实践创新基地，让每个身在其中的新的社会阶层人士都能找到“娘家”。         　　在湖南金融中心，全省首个建在产业链上的新联会应运而生，78名来自持牌金融、金融科技、基金及专业服务领域的新的社会阶层代表人士，直接联系50余家金融和配套机构。         　　“过去，自由职业者、职业经理人等虽有专业能力和行业影响力，但缺少一个真正属于自己的组织载体。”湖南金融中心新联会副秘书长徐博言说，新联会和“融谊聚”不仅给了他们一个朋友圈，还依托“融谊审”“融谊创”“融谊投”等矩阵，为成员搭建起从“相识”到“相成”的赋能桥梁。                   2026年6月10日，“湘江同心汇”之“新艺湘江·数艺无界”文化和科技融合主题活动暨“新阶大讲堂”(第一期)举行。　　朱奥 摄          　　湘江新区新材料产业链总师联谊会汇聚了100余名总工程师、总经济师、总会计师等核心技术及管理骨干。“以前是关起门来搞研发，重复投入多，信息也不畅。现在总师们可以经常聚在一起，聊着聊着，合作空间就打开了——你缺什么材料，我正好在攻关；我有什么设备，你刚好能用。

四 | ”在湖南东映碳材料科技股份有限公司总经理叶崇看来，“总师联”不只是一个交流圈，更像是一张无形的协作网，让一条产业链上的“邻居”变成了并肩作战的伙伴。         　　近日，“湘江同心汇”之“新艺湘江·数艺无界”文化和科技融合主题活动暨新阶大讲堂(第一期)举行。这是“文友汇”串联起的又一场“链上聚会”，文旅从业者面对面碰撞创意火花。目前，湘江新区建在产业链上的新联会汇聚代表人士265名，建成实践创新基地15家，形成覆盖重点产业链的“链上统战”组织体系。         　　“一子落而满盘活”          　　今年3月，湘江新区新材料产业链总师联谊会组织的一场活动上，关于刀具寿命的讨论促成一场“链上联姻”。

七 | “一个电话就能找到行业顶尖专家。”湖南新锋科技有限公司董事长、总工程师魏秋平是“总师联”常务理事。他的企业通过该平台对接到中南大学科研团队，成功攻克金刚石半导体功能材料制备中的多个关键技术难题。         　　新材料产业链总师联谊会推动成立长沙市新材料产业协会，搭建政学研用协同平台，累计参与企业招商对接80余次，促成引进招商项目38.9亿元；湖南金融中心新联会促成山竹资本、天盾重工等一批企业签约投融资项目，为实体经济注入金融活水；深耕文化和旅游产业的新联会，联动行业协会，设立共享秘书处，承接政企服务活动50余场，为企业量身定制“企业服务包”，有效服务文旅市场提质升级……近年来，湘江新区积极引导新的社会阶层人士将专业优势、资源优势转化为发展优势，让统战资源成为推动高质量发展的强大动能。         　　刘晓蓉说，接下来，湘江新区计划在生物医药等产业链上组建新的社会阶层人士联谊组织，不仅要推动各产业链新联会开展常态化交流活动，还将探索整合全区各产业链新联会资源，共同打造全产业链协同联动的更大平台，让新的社会阶层人士在更广阔的舞台上发挥更大作用。
